“I have dealt with many AC companies in my time and what i must say is that since on boarding GTS they have been exceptional in all departments. By far the best AC company I have worked with. Great customer service, and always willing to provide advise and triage simple issues that maybe dealt with in house.

Knowledgeable Engineers that take time and pride in diagnosing and being honest with issues that occur, and again offering pro active advise.

Office staff send out all RAMS, Job cards and quotes quickly.

Costing for the servicing of both AC and catering equipment is very competitive, and whilst onsite if issues found while servicing, engineers spend a little time to investigate the root cause which avoids extra investigation call out for any remedials that maybe required.

Very responsive with callouts and honest with the times on site, so receive excessive unexpected callout charges. It’s refreshing to have a contractor that is honest and do what they say they will do.”
